Cindy and her team of movers were wonderful to work with! The process was smooth and ran as scheduled and as committed. The movers were polite, professional, friendly and fun but, even when moving quickly, they were always careful with our furniture and the properties we moved from and to. The whole team at BC Moving & Storage was just excellent, every step of the way.  Cindy came to the office and did a thorough estimate for the move, and explained everything they do, including taking care of parking permits for the truck, to how many people they schedule, what we needed to do, etc.  We did our best to get the office packed up and ready to go on the day of the move, and the three-man crew was there early and ready to  go right on time.   They were professional but friendly, and got us out of the old place and into the new well under the quoted time.  Because you only pay for the time they spend, that meant a savings for us! Choosing a moving company can be tough and we were in one of the worst situations. The staff were unbelievable. So understanding and helpful. Unsolicited review:  I have engaged them twice so far, once when they were extremely busy yet tried their best to fit me in, both times the office (Michelle, Cindy) and all the movers were really friendly + attentive, were right on schedule. Recently had a minor issue, nobody's fault - BC Moving did not have to come back to help me but they did anyhow, without fuss.  Based on the experience so far I would recommend :).

AMAZING EXPERIENCE: BC Moving & Storage Ltd was highly recommended by a friend who had just used them a few weeks earlier. We had gotten a few estimates. Cindy the manager, was the only company who came out to the house to do an estimate. Others do video estimates. They gave me a price range & stayed within it. There was an immediate personal connection with Cindy the manager. Likewise with Michelle who takes the calls. She was delightful & full of tips. Both were very caring, curteous & friendly. The movers worked swiftly, smoothly & seamlessly. They knew what they were doing & didn't really need to ask me much. They took things apart & put them all together. They moved a VERY heavy foam mattress. Cindy came by to help with it & stayed to unload at the other end. No one got cranky & I was stress free because of their humour amidst each other & how they worked as a team. I couldn't have asked for a better crew: Jason, Ryan, Remi & Cindy. I highly recommend BC Moving.  Everyone I dealt with - from owner to admin staff to moving crew was friendly, knowledgeable, careful and very helpful. I really appreciated their ability to identify potential challenges during the quoting process - which eliminated a crisis on moving day!  They were respectful to us, our belongings and our home.
